About Me
I am the former owner of N'Speech, Inc. I have recently gone to part-time status and I am enjoying traveling with my husband, Johnny Welter, and sometimes with my kids!! Between Johnny and I, we have 10 kids.
What do you love about your job?
Speech therapists treat many various disorders, but my favorite parts of speech-pathology is being able to treat in the area of feeding. I love to help little ones become efficient eaters and help parents when their kiddos are struggling with food transitions and increasing their food repertoire.
Education
I graduated from UCA with both my undergraduate and graduate degree in Speech Pathology. I have been in the field for 27 years and have served preschool, school age, and adult populations. Over those years I have been blessed to work with many great families and coworkers.
