About Me
Married for almost 12 years, 4
kids aged 11, 10, 7, and 5. Working
at the same school I attended as
a child. Was in college to be a
pharmacist. Took a sign language class as an elective in order to have enough hours for financial aid and found my love for speech language pathology. Immediately switched majors and have never regretted nor looked back!
What do you love about your job?
When I have a student that finally masters a sound and the look and feeling of joy and accomplishment! Seeing my students outside of the therapy or school setting and having them run up and hug me. Having parents tell me that 'going with Ms. Jessica' is the favorite part of their school day.
Education
Graduated MVE HS in 2001, CBC in 2003, and graduated from UCA with a master's degree in 2009.
